atty. jack stover goes to court to help stop a vocal citizen from getting on the ballad. by accepting charles sodl's (a freind of coplay/whitehall sewer authority's chairman) need to challenge the petition.apparently the candidate did not hand in financials to the borough of coplay by the designated due date.it went to the county in time,but not coplay.in essence atty. stover was involved with stopping someone who could possibly help to change who sits on the cwsa board-his bosses.who's he taking his orders from for this one!?ethics seems to run rampant ,or lack of,not only in coplay,but at the cwsa,from the top down.this person must be a real threat to those involved in this one.i say that person should challenge them and run as a write-in.i'll be watching for that one,in fact my vote would definately go to you!!!!!   call me crazy
